Regional Museum of Ica«Adolfo Bermúdez Jenkins»
The Regional Museum of Ica “Adolfo Bermúdez Jenkins”, managed by the Ministry of Culture, is a meeting point and memory keeper for the people of Ica, as it houses the Cultural Heritage of the Nation. It was established on March 30, 1946, and officially opened on December 22, 1947.
The museum holds pieces from five regional cultures: Paracas, Nasca, Wari, Ica-Chincha, and Inca. The museum also features a model of the Nasca Lines outside, serving as an educational and cultural space to learn about and reflect on the region’s history and art.
