We do not sell tourist packages to minors (<18). A travel permit signed by a guardian is required, attaching a copy of the ID of the guardian and the minor.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance. Changes to the reservation are allowed more than 36 hours in advance, applying an administration fee of 50% of the total reservation cost.
