⚖️ Legal Requirements
- We comply with the Peruvian legal framework governing tourism activities (General Tourism Law No. 29408), as well as sectoral regulations established by MINCETUR and other competent authorities.
- All our services are operated under the registered business name TRAVEL COMPANY LN S.A.C., with a valid RUC and formal authorization to operate as a travel and tourism agency.
- Our partners and service providers are also required to hold all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for their operations.
- All activities operated by Trawell are covered by accident insurance, as mandated by law.
- We issue electronic payment receipts (invoices or sales receipts) to all our customers, ensuring full transparency in our tax practices.
🧯 Safety in Tourism Operations
- All travelers must follow the instructions of our team: guides, drivers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Our vehicles are equipped with active and passive safety systems, including:
- Active safety: ABS brakes, traction and stability control, and regular preventive maintenance.
- Passive safety: Seatbelts for every seat, airbags, reinforced structure, onboard fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit.
- A safety briefing is provided before each activity, including details about routes, timing, precautions, and emergency procedures.
- We have plans in place for risk prevention and emergency evacuation in the event of natural disasters or accidents.
- Participation in our activities is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
- Children, elderly travelers, or individuals with special conditions must notify us in advance to assess and apply any additional safety measures.
🧼 Health Protocols
- We comply with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and the Tourism Sector Health Protocol.
- All vehicles and equipment are sanitized before and after each service.
- We recommend that travelers carry hand sanitizer, and in necessary cases, face masks.
- If symptoms of contagious illnesses are detected, we will apply internal procedures for isolation and medical contact.
- Travelers are advised to have personal travel insurance for additional protection.

- Arrive on time at designated pick-up points and tour meeting places.
- Provide truthful information about their health status, food restrictions, or special needs.
