  • Buggy access is restricted for children under 12 and adults over 65.
  • Before starting the buggy ride, it is mandatory to sign the Consent Form, in which the traveler acknowledges having been informed about the nature of the activity and the safety conditions.
  • Do not smoke inside the vehicle and the tent.
  • Do not drink alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle.
  • Out of respect for all, please refrain from any discourtesy toward the assisting staff.
  • Avoid playing extreme sports while pregnant.
  • People with mobility issues or in wheelchairs may encounter limitations during this experience.
  • For safety reasons, please avoid bringing weapons or sharp objects.
  • Do not start any type of fire inside the tent.
  • Pets are not permitted on this experience.
  • The passenger must communicate if he or she suffers from any health problem or physical impediment. Failure to do so will be the responsibility of each passenger.
  • Food restrictions must be communicated in advance (minimum 24 hours before the service). We have vegetarian or vegan alternatives, request a menu.

Cancellations

Free! Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the activity. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, arrive late or do not show up, there is no refund.

Changes

More than 36 hours in advance will be subject to a charge for administrative expenses of 50% of the total reservation cost. Changes are not allowed less than 36 hours before the start of the tour.
