Cancellations

¡Free! Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the activity. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, arrive late or do not show up, there is no refund.

Changes

More than 36 hours in advance will be subject to a charge for administrative expenses of 50% of the total reservation cost. Changes are not allowed less than 36 hours before the start of the tour.
